About You
I enjoyed the insight as it provided the learning opportunity I hoped it would. The presentations and projects were fantastic in bettering my understanding of the nature of the work.
I was made to feel like I had acheived by getting selected for the programme and that was nice.
I had a mentor assigned to me prior to the week and a project mentor. The graduate recruitment staff were all very helpful and friendly.
I learned a lot and I think I have learnt skills that will stay with me.
The Company
The insight was very structured. We were given handbooks on the first day that detailed our itinerary for the rest of the week.
It was fun. Difficult at times, but enjoyable.
It was a Spring Week so not a great amount, but there were a few skills sessions that came in handy and might still come in handy further down the line.
The presentations from members of staff did not hide the fact that the industry was very demanding, and I appreciated that.
The company is driven towards being the best and that shone through, through its people.
Very. Once I had taken some time to reflect on all the information I had been given over the past week I am a fair bit more certain about where I would like to work.
Everything Else
I received travel expense reimbursement.
Loads of networking sessions
Frequent networking lunches.
Not really.
Yes definitely. I learnt a great deal.
