The Role
I couldn't have asked for a better placement. Everyone is great. There is plenty of support available and you are treated as a valued member of the team.
when I first started I was a bit worried about being 'the placement student'. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. Everyone that I ever came across has always treated me like a 'proper' employee,
The training was excellent and my colleagues/ manager were all available if I ever needed some support.
This varied on a day to day basis. Sometimes I would be rushed off my feet where as some days it would be nice and relaxed.
