The Role
I really enjoyed my work placement.
For such a large site, I felt valued by alot of colleagues.
My job was very busy and i never had time to be bored!
Lubrizol trusted in me to carry out important tasks but were always there to help and guide me.
The Company
The people I worked with took their jobs seriously, yet the atmosphere was always positive.
The training I had was worthwhile and set me up to continue the rest of my placement.
I had initial training, and throughout the year i was always welcome to ask questions or sit with someone experienced to learn new things.

I would really enjoy working here - great location, people and food! The opportunity for career progression is amazing.
The Culture
The students are always organising events to do together and have become good friends.
I also live in this area so it is what I expected. There are great student offers in and around Derby due to the local university.
Derby and Chesterfield are close by with fantastic nightlife - something for everyone.
The company has a sports and social club which organise subsidised events, the variety is outstanding!
