The Role
A wonderful place to work with it's own unique culture.
Worked with a great team who valued my opinion and encouraged my ideas.
Had a fantastic mentor and support of my manager & team when needed.
Most days the balance was right, although on occasion the workload would feel a lot. To be fair this was often balanced out at other moments.
Given a high level of responsibility both within my team and the scope the projects worked on.
Most importantly the development of soft skills.
The Company
Mostly great fun, could be a little dull when people worked from home.
Smooth handover from previous contingent, lots of planned activities/involvement.
Lots of training was on the job, however my manager made a real effort to outline my training goals and ensure the work i was doing was working towards these. Also the company provided some great speakers & brown bag training.

Working from home
The company invest heavily in interns with the hope they can become graduates. Even if not within your own team that are always opportunities.
The Culture
Regular intern/grad events of a variety of natures, really good fun.
Being near London was obviously not cheap, however it was reasonable when compared to some other areas nearby.
Some great bars/pubs in the local area, London close enough for a night out as well. Nothing great in the immediate area though.
Lots of opportunities for people looking to get involved, such a wide spread employee group will always cover your interests if you want to.
