The Role
get level of resposibility and a great chance to try somthing different.
get atmosphere and friendly feel to the office.
support was strong till i was on my feet then i was away and running this helped with my deveopment and i knew there was always support when i need it.
very busy and however work life balance was good.
i was a full fledge member of the team and was treated as such.
alot of skills for life and great induction into the work life.
The Company
great times spent in the office and everyone was really friendly and helpful, there was alot of fun in the office.
very well organised and was aware of what was expected of me all the time, felt efortless.
personal development is very hi on the agenda and i was encouraged to push myself and guide my own development to where i wanted to go.

there is a wide range of graduate schemes but no future employment is garunteed however this is a great starting point.
The Culture
get links between placements and graduates and a few good socuial events. also aloty of sports ect to get involved in.
I dont libve in the area but i am told it is very good and quite affordable when sharing.
quite good i am told and close to london so easy to go out there.
get sports and other clubs conected to work and in the area.
