The Role
I have really enjoyed my time at IBM so far, and their education resources are next to none for getting the most of what YOU need out of a placement.
Almost every individual I have spoken to at IBM (and that is a lot) are always willing to help you in anyway possible, even if it means going out of their way, there is a real sense of community, even though the campus is over 30,000 strong.
Management will always ensure you are doing the best job possible...it's their job! But I found that IBM managers will also push you to BE the best you can, suggesting courses, education and other avenues to help develop your own abilities.
Genreally I would have a consiseten amount of work from 8:45am through to 17:00 with an hours rest for lunch, and two 15 minute "compulsory" tea breaks. So I had the perfect balance.
