About You
It was a great opportunity to meet like-minded people, get to know the firm and its representatives
Mostly in contact with peers, not so much individual time with the reps
Many assessments to which we all received feedback
It was mot applicable to my studies, but very helpful for the future career at professional services firms
The Company
Structure was perfect, activities according to schedule, time for group work. Presentation of service lines and networking
We all lived at the venue so there was always somebody to talk to, great fun during dinners and evening drinks
It was almost like an assessment centre, so the firm gained a lot, but in terms of feedback, it was a great opportunity to learn and improve
It was great to talk to HR people and some partners at the firm during the networking dinner and drinks
Depended a lot on your own initiative
It was great to explore all your opportunities and talk to appropriate people
Everything Else
150 pounds, sufficient
Depended on own initiative but there could have been more networking opportunities, eg lunches
Rotations around tables during the dinner, more informal drinks, overall great
