I enjoyed every element of the course. There was a great balance between group assessments and networking opportunities.

I felt that the company really went out of their way to make the experience accessible and I definitely felt valued.

There was always someone available to answer our questions.

My skills developed dramatically very quickly. I felt a lot more confident in presenting, in particular, at the end of the programme.

We knew the exact schedule for the duration and every activity ran on time.

I met some really great people who I am still in touch with.

They invested a lot of effort in developing our skills with members of the company in very senior positions coming to talk to us and tell us about their roles within the firm.

We had the opportunity to meet lots of different employees in different departments which gave us a great insight into what working at the firm would be like in each of the respective departments.

It is very easy to gain an understanding of the culture from the staff that we met.

It really made it clear to me that it was the right career option for me and gave me a lot of confidence and enthusiasm for the next stage of the application process.

All our meals were paid for and travel expenses were reimbursed promptly after the academy.

Yes every evening there were different networking opportunities.

A really good balance between being relaxed but also informative.

I learnt all about the charity activity which was something that really interested me.
