Thoroughly enjoyable 3 days, made some long term friends and gained some wonderful experiences!
Valued, absolutely in terms of our input and participation, spoiled as well with such an outstanding location for a 3 day stay!
Plenty of staff on hand during exercises to provide support, and lots of staff to talk to during the networking sessions. Always people around to answer any questions you may have, from a variety of areas of the business!
The exercises cover most areas of assessment centres and the skills I have learned will help me for any applications in the future.
The Company
Outstandingly well organised and structured, smooth from start to finish!
The atmosphere was great, morning to evening, made by the great staff and participants throughout the insight academy!
A lot of time and effort put into the Insight Academy, and it really showed.
A good amount of time was spent discussing the different lines of service and what was involved in the day to day roles.
Helped me come to my decision very easily!

Covered all travel costs and everything was provided for us at the location.
Yes, different staff at various levels, including a dinner with some Partners.
