    • There was a lot of emphasis on competency, many of which was, and will be very helpful in terms of future careers and even studies.

    • The structure was well organised and well timed, despite a very active program, there was still some personal time in the evenings

    • The environment and staff were very welcoming, and there was a wide range of candidates from various backgrounds and cultures.

    • Very good experience in terms of the effort, time and dedication the members put in to provide such a great development program

    • The networking event was helpful in finding out about what very departments did and their typical roles.

    • They provided a lot of information on the various careers paths within the firm, so this really helped in terms of decision making following the program

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • There were many networking opportunities over the course of the program, but the formal network dinner was especially good as you could have in depth discussions with some of the partners.

    • Social events were limited but there was still a lot of opportunity to meet the other candidates during various parts of the program.
