About You
Very interesting, vibrant and challenging at times.
Strong effort by those in charge of the Academy program to make us feel very comfortable. Though very professional, the atmosphere was one of camaraderie.
Strong improvement of skills through provision of feedback, receiving advice from partners and much emphasis on personal branding and development.
Time management, precision and effective communication were the most important skills provided throughout the session.
The Company
Well structured, sharp adherence to the schedule and very well planned in terms of structure.
Special emphasis on the networking sessions and group activities, making relationships that last
I left the academy with newly gained skills and confidence through the events organised
Simulating real work place situations and telling us how to respond to them effectively in real life.
Awareness of the core competencies, and other important characteristics of the company's culture. It made me realize that PwC is a company that is strongly involved with its people.
