The Role
An enjoyable place to work.
Very good team experience.
Manager and supervisors always there to assist when needed.
Always tasks to be completed but never felt overloaded.
Given more important tasks as my knowledge and understanding of the role grew.
Skills such as communication and time management will assist me in my degree as well as when applying for future graduate positions.
The Company
A very good atmosphere, excellent camaraderie between all team members.
A very well run scheme that is well organised.
Good training provided in terms of software and techniques that are relevant to your role.
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
No graduate scheme but a chance if you impress during your placement.
The Culture
Plenty of social events at the start of the year which create a good social scene for the rest of the year.
Reasonable priced rent in the area. Socialising also not expensive. Very inexpensive for a train to London.
Not many options in Luton itself but easy to reach Watford/London/St Albans/Milton Keynes which have far more to offer.
Good sporting activities such as football. Encouraged to enter a lot of charity events such as London to Brighton bike ride.
