The Role
I have really enjoyed my time on placement, it has been a really valuable experience.
My team are really supportive and I feel very valued.
My manager is always around for me to ask questions and is very supportive.
I am always kept busy which has helped me gain a good experience.
I was given quite a lot of responsibility and left to get on with my work. I felt trusted to get on with my own tasks.
I have gained many skills that I can use throughout my fututre career.
The Company
My team are so much fun, I have made some great friends that I know I will say in contact with after placement has fniished.
I would say it was really well set up everything was organised for us. The 2 week handover period really helped us settle in.
There were courses we could take to improve our skills such as excel training and presentation training.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Vauxhall is a great company to work for.
The Culture
Everyone was really sociable and everyone made lots of friends.
Cost of living was okay, nothing too expensive, although my rent was quite expensive.
Luton isn't a great night out, but there are plenty of places to go near by, London is cheap on the train!
Yes there are plenty of things to get involved in.
