The Role
An exciting workplace with friendly staff and challeneging experiences.
I felt like a member of the team, helping each other out a lot.
My manager sat in the same office as me and was mostly available to ask questions.
Some days were less busy than others, but there was always something that could be done.
I was given most of the access rights that my team had. Only the areas which require more experience was I not given, but even then I was shown how it works.
Massively when applying for another job. I feel that my confidence has increased 10 fold and that I understand business life a lot better
The Company
Bit of a fun atmosphere during day-to-day work, but overall it is a serious job.
Extremely well organised with the placement side of things, training and setup was well thought out.
A full personal development training program on the side of the placement was really helpful.
Company Parties/Events
Could possibly have a job oppurtunity, but have decided that this is not my career path so not persuing.
The Culture
Most students were based in Coventry wheras I was in Redhill so we didnt get a huge amount of contact with them
Average Surrey/London prices
Awful place to go out in. Clubs are closed down because of the surrounding area and people.
Didn't hear much but was offered a few after work sports teams.
