The Role
It was a great placement
My manager was fantastic. There are so many opportunities with Waitrose to develop and she made sure I used these as best I could. We had regular meetings.
I felt I had as much responsibility as I could in my department.
One of the things I learnt about mostly was myself. I was offered so many development opportunities I did corses and my manager worked hard to make sure I was learning about myself and how I like to work and what I do best.
The Company
I did so many things this year! There were constant things going on working in an innovation team I had so many exciting trips and projects
I felt I was treated like a "partner" (a Waitrose employee) and as much was invested in me as in any other partner. I was given endless opportunities and benefits
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
