About You
Was interactive and informative particularly enjoyed the shadowing sessions.
Everyone was very welcoming and polite.
Varied dependent on given task
The informative received is very helpful in gaining a first hand understanding of the bank and will be very useful in future internship applications and beyond.
The Company
Very well structured, given a plan on day one and everything seemed to run smoothly.
The people were very enthusiastic, encouraging and helpful.
Not really, however it was an insight and so I was not expecting anything, They paid for food, travel and accommodation that was enough.
Shadowing departments in particular showed what a full time role involved.
Very much so, learnt a lot about the company and its histories as well as just picking up on the general atmosphere.
Very much so.
Everything Else
They paid for food, travel and accommodation that was enough.
Very much encouraged every lunch time involved networking as did drinks in the evening, the great thing was that the networking was with seniors in the company in management roles.
Quiet daunting at first but very informative to be able to ask real questions about personal work life balance and personal journey into the company etc.
To an extent, through the networking mostly
Yes!
