Insight Day Participant Review

Thanks to the structure of the insight I could really experience how the team working on the project in EY looks like via experiencing it on my own. It was one of the experiences that I couldn't get during my university course

The team working supervised but not led bt EY leaders meant everyone could participate actively in all group activities. It was great!

The EY leaders where everywhere around willing to answer all the questions we have. I personally really enjoyed the lunch breaks during which we could do speed networking with the other young people doing the interns in the company, listen to their personal story and ask very particular and individual questions.

The insight was aimed to develop the individual potential of each participant. The ability and skills tests helped me to specify which area I still need to improve, what are my strengths and how can I use them in everyday situations and in career development.

Each subsequent part was stemming from the other. Although the insight was 'packed' with many different activities, we didn't even feel how fast the time is passing.

The atmosphere was great, generally due to the teams in which we cooperated and the supervisors supporting us throughout the whole day

What was great during team working time, was the personal feedback from the professionals obtained at the end.

I think due to the vast variety of the possible roles in the company, it was quite difficult to understand fully each role. However the activities helped significantly in better understanding.

I think that the personal experience of the people working there and their stories were the best account of the company culture that we could be provided with.

I think the content helped really significantly to be clear the possible skills and abilities to work for this company and therefore decide on the future career path.

we weren't paid for the insight however all the costs connected with the travel were reimbursed. Plus each participant was given a small bag with the company gadgets.

Yes, with people of different ages, different experiences and different univeristy background. I really enjoyed it.

Due to possibility to talk both with the professionals and one another (due to the structure of the team working) , there were plenty of opportunities.

Yes, were were told about possible international events organized by EY worldwide.

I think the opportunity of this particular insight, aimed so much to the individual, is really worth experiencing!
