The Role
I have really enjoyed my placement, it lived up to all my expectations and I was successful on my placement.
I got on with all of the employees and it was a pleasure working them all. There were plenty of gathering organisations and everyone was valued the same.
I recieved good guidance from my line and lead manager and this helped me become a strong individual in my job role.
I was always really busy but the work load was always manageable and i always managed to meet the deadlines.
I had a lot of responsibility, i was working on really big relays and i was generating store specific planograms for some of the biggest categories.
The skills i have received have made me realise how much I have the potential to always build on my skills therefore I always have the determination to strive for the best and this has been created by my placement at Tesco
