About You
I thoroughly enjoyed the insight. I learnt a great deal about the firm and a few skills along the way.
The organisers and EY representatives were charming and amicable. Felt very much at home.
A great deal, not just for greater insight into the firm but also for the interactive tasks provided.
I learnt several useful soft skills in the short time I had at EY. 'Faced' a client for the first time and developed cooperative and analysis skills.
The Company
Very well structured. An abundance of activities and tasks, and finished on time. Would've appreciated more networking opportunities, however given the breadth of the activities, and the post-Insight followup, it did great.
Very fun. Lively, and an array of people from an array of backgrounds, who each bought their own personality to the day. Fun stuff.
Plenty, given it was only a day. The opportunities to reflect and evaluate in groups for the interactive tasks helped gain a greater insight for myself, as to my strengths and weaknesses.
Partially, given the short time. Though mostly focused on engaging us towards the internship application stages, it did delve into and provide an understanding of life at the firm as a full time employee.
A lot. Particular activities explored the culture of the firm, as did presentations and conversations with employees about it.
Very useful, though I still have much thinking to do in terms of personal development and character, and suitability of the path.
Everything Else
I did not need to be reimbursed as I lived nearby and had only to walk, though food and beverages were provided.
Yes, mostly with industrial placement students and post-Insight with the Facebook group.
They were alright. Could be more structured though much depends on the individual to interact and network.
Learnt about the athletic abilities of particular employees haha.
Very much so. Useful, and fun at the very least. A good day in all.
