About You
It was a pleasant experience to be able to meet representatives from various banking and support divisions. There was a lot of opportunities to ask the representatives questions so there was definitely two-way interactions.
I felt that the company were eager to answer any queries the participants had and were very willing to share their experiences throughout their careers.
The programme organiser was always present throughout the programme to give help whenever needed.
I think it was a valuable experience to be able to hear the experiences of these professionals. The wisdom they impart is applicable to school, work and life.
The Company
Smooth and timely transitions from programme to programme.
It was generally quite light hearted and participants were all very enthusiastic and inquisitive which made the learning engaging.
There was a good mix of programmes, some informative and others pertaining to personal development/social interaction.
The tours of the sales and trading floor gave me a good insight as to how working in the company is like, i.e the general atmosphere and nature of the job.
The numerous networking opportunities definitely helped me to form a good idea of the company culture.
Through the event, I discovered which specific division I had the most interest in.
Everything Else
Travel expenses were reimbursed.
Many opportunities throughout the three days.
There was a good mix of networking opportunities with staff at various stages of their careers.
I learnt of inter-company sports tournaments which is definitely something that I would enjoy
Absolutely! It was one of the most meaningful insight week that I have participated in.
