    The Company

    3/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • We had a range of development days throughout the year as a group of placement students - they were really useful and I believe the scheme would benefit from more.

    3/5

  • 10. What were the perks on your work placement?
  • Flexi Time

    Subsidised Canteen

    5/5

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • I would love to work for Waitrose in the future - I have really enjoyed my time here and will be extremely sad to leave. I however feel the current Graduate Scheme is too unstructured for me personally and doesn't allow me to pursue a career in Commercial, therefore I will unfortunately be looking elsewhere for Graduate recruitment but will hopefully return in the future!

    2/5

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Social scene was good as I lived with a number of other placement students and the partnership benefits mean you can make the most of your evenings and weekends.

    3/5

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Cost of living and socialising are reasonable - I would recommend living in Reading rather than Bracknell.

    3/5

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • In Bracknell...I don't think there is any nightlife! Reading is good as it's a student city!

    2/5

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • Lots of different activities to get involved in there are numerous sports and activity clubs - really is something for everyone!
