Insight day Review

It was very enjoyable able to work in a team on a project with others which meant everyone could participate in the group discussion and met lots of similar individuals with similar goals in mind

The team work experience really made me feel as though I was incorporated into part of the team, under the guidance of a team leader this made me feel very involved with the firm, like a junior member

The team leaders were fantastic in offering their support - plenty of guidance on hand and very willing to answer your questions. The junior members of staff were also very open about their opinions.

The insight was aimed to develop the individual potential of each participant. The ability and skills tests helped me to specify which area I still need to improve, and the weaknesses in my performance

Completely packed full of activities but even though it was so structure it did not feel as though you were moving from one event to the next the whole program ran very smoothly, almost seamlessly

Great atmosphere lots of team spirit and cooperation

The fact that we got personal feedback was great so we could improve on our character and focus on our weaknesses - in that respect they invested time, money and effort on us during the workshop

I think due to the vast variety of the possible roles in the company, it was quite difficult to understand each role substantially. However the activities aided significantly in gaining a better understanding

Taking advice from the people working there and their personal experience and stories seemed to give the best understanding of how the company operates and which values they emphasis on particularly

I think the content helped significantly in trying to establish the possible skills and abilities necessary to work for this company and therefore it helps in deciding on your future career path.

Lots of time to network with employees of all levels of age - so you could direct your questions to the appropriate person and get a well-rounded response.

This is a worthwhile experience which gives you a great overview of the company and develops your skills. The application is not overly long and I would really encourage you to apply for this event.
