The Role
Enjoyed immenseley - really got on with my team/department both in and outside of work
Very valued - opinions always taken on-board. Given the opportunity to influence at all levels due to close contact with Marketing Director
1-to-1 reviews throughout the year helped to focus on areas for improvement
Managers always receptive to needs, whether that be more work or less - just need to speak up!
Lots of responsibility - worked in Citroën digital marketing, so often relied upon for key updates to citroen.co.uk
Now have the relevant experience in the automotive industry and marketing to really excel in my career - PSA have offered me a graduate position!
The Company
Office environment quite different to many other places I have experienced - everyone very personable and friendly. Team ethic means everyone is willing to help each other out
Very well organised - regular training with other placement students ensured that everyone was looked after and encouraged us all to self-assess our own progress.
As above, regular training throughout the year was provided through a third-party company, allowing you to be honest and open
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Offered a graduate position which i snapped up!
The Culture
Developed close relationships with the other placement students outside of work - great team of people! (around 10 of us)
Lived in nearby Bedworth, very cheap!
Coventry not the BEST place, but decent enough with the right people!
A few events organised by the company. Large group of colleagues organise friendly football game each week
