The Role
Really enjoyed everything about it, even the hard work!
I had a great team around me and was given a lot of responsibility
My manager had monthly meetings with me and gave me constructive feedback
There are times when you are not as busy as others but this may be between projects. When you are busy you may not be leaving on time
I was treated like a full time employee and the work that i did had a massive impact on the organisation.
An invaluable experience that will help me in my studies and future career for definate!
The Company
In the IT department it is fairly quiet but other departments are very busy and loud.
The placement is set up very well by HR. All the interns are in close contact.
We have training with all the interns on such things as working in teams and presenting. You also have on the job training for any applications you may use.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen

Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
I have been asked to stay on over summer so it is looking good
The Culture
There is a good social scene but that is because we organise it ourselves. There are a few events that the company organises for us.
We are in Coventry so it is very cheap to live and socialise
The nightlife is terrible in Coventry but we can hop on the train to Birmingham/London very easily
There a few social nights like quiz night, race night. There is football on Mondays and Thursdays
