The Role
I have really enjoyed my placement here and feel i have got a lot out of it. I have gain a lot of good experience.
I have really enjoyed my placement here and feel a very valued member of the team.
People were always there when you needed them and made time for you.
There were always projects to work on. I have never been bored
You are given as much responsibility as you would like. I felt i was given a lot of responsibility when co-ordinating events and helping with bonus schemes
I feel in my final year the theory will make a lot more sense as i will be able to compare it to a real life job and how it works in operation.
The Company
Very friendly and open
The set up for the placement was very well organised. The company organise a pre-induction day which you get to know the other industrial placement students you will be working with.
They have invested a lot of time and training into the industrial placement students. For the HR students we were Level A trained in SHL testing.
