  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Long hours but valued experience, able to transfer skills from uni learning

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?

    • Welcomed and helped to fit in, a lot of change in personnel disrupted some relationships. Given autonomy to decide if you wish to rent to someone as long as they meet the criteria.

    • Area manager encouraged progression and very helpful with development. Hard to comment on management as changed a few times. Support always offered, although fitting the time in was a struggle.

    • First 6 months branch went through a lot of changes and transition, so worked 50-60 hours every week which was very draining on personal life.

    • Allowed to counter manage the office, in charge of 200+ cars and logistics.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • Applied marketing, looking after accounts, worked a lot of my sales for future roles, and wealths of experience to relate on for university. Demonstrated how transfreable the skills at university are into working life.
