The Role
Fantastic experience overall and amazing company but daily role can become repetitive.
Almost as much as full time.
Mostly excellent team leaders however constant changes.
Reactive role dependent entirely on customers so usually busy! Lots of time required after hours to complete projects.
Again, very similar to grads.
Great skills for Uni and beyond.

Very well organised training.
Invested very heavily initially and throughout.

Good initially however economy is affecting hiring.
The Culture
Plenty of nights out and meals.
Expensive.
