The Role
I enjoyed the varierty and felt that people cared and were interested in what I was doing.
Everybody I have worked with, even if for a day, has been welcoming and willing to answer any queries. I have fitted into a team and felt as valued by my collegues.
Support is always there if needed, you just have to ask.
In my first two modules I was busy and it was great, however in the last module there was less for me to have ownership over and wasn't as busy.
Although not everyday.
I will take with me skills I have developed to aid me in my final year and beyond.
The Company
At times it was stressful, but generally very enjoyable.
Very well organised with great structure.
I enjoyed the training days we had in Leatherhead and felt they were structured well towards us as placement students. The basic training in store and the warehouse had a set training guide and felt this was adhered to and covered most things. Development through the placement came through facing new challenges and appraisals.

I would love to work for the company in the future.
The Culture
I will be keeping in contact with the other placement students after the placement.
As expected.
The nightlife where I lived was great. I was in a shared house and socialised more with them than work collegues as I was a 45 minute drive from work.
There were groups organised for football and running but not particuarly advertised.
