The Role
There is an amazing atmosphere and working culture.
I was welcomed by my team and felt valued and though I fit in well.
Regular 1:1 meetings meant any issues were dealt with quickly and I was encouraged to push myself as much as I could.
A lot more than I expected, especially in such a regulated environment.
I feel as though I have a good base of skills in a niche market.
The Company
Focussed yet inclusive and everyone was willing to have a laugh and knew when to take things less seriously.
Very well organised, there was room for improvement with the onboarding process but the actual role itself was well established quickly even though it was new when I began.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
I will leave to return to uni with glowing references although there are very few roles which open up within the company.
The Culture
The area is expensive, rent etc was a lot compared to student accommodation. The salary was reasonable to cover this though.
Unless you travel into London there is no nightlife.
Not much around, apart from those organised by the gym e.g. 5 a side football/bootcamp.
