The Role
The placement was really enjoyable, the team and management team really made it enjoyable.
I believe that the whole company really valued me, they respected me and respected any thoughts I had.
I was constantly able to approach any senior member of staff. I was offered guidance monthly which enabled me to prove myself further the month after.
Most days I was kept busy, but not OVER busy. The whole days varied and I was always supported by the team.
I had just as much responsibility as anyone who had been there for years,if not more!
TNT have great training courses that you are able to go on, I've received many, an example would be a two day course in presentations, this will stay with me forever!
The Company
Generally the atmosphere was GRAND.
Being such a big company the HR side to it was very smooth.
Company Car
Financial Bonus
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
If I wanted a job there, I would have got it! However, the location wasn't ideal for me.
The Culture
The placement students had a good social aspect, but the other members of the team were really 'family' people.
It was pretty average,I lived abit out which probably made it more expensive.
Poor, Very Poor.
There is a social group that you can join which anyone could get involved in.
