Ernst and Young Insight Day Review

It was a fantastic experience that really gave me an insight into a day in the life of an E&Y employee!

During the group-sessions, everyone's opinions, thoughts and views were all taken into consideration when tackling the problems.

The presentations gave just the right amount of help to push us in the right direction. If we ever strayed from the task or were struggling, the facilitator was there to help give us a few pointers.

The feedback sessions from my peers was definitely beneficial. An outside perspective of your skills and strengths, and then how to improve really helped me.

Very well structured. The tasks that were to be completed were set out to us in the introduction and it was our job to make sure we stuck to them.

It was an experience to remember. Fantastic opportunity to get a feel for the company and how the company is run. Would definitely recommend this.

Very focused on discovering your strength and using positive construction to help improve on them to the benefit of the group.

Straight from the introduction it was very clear about the company culture and how it was run. Very friendly, helpful and constructive.

Helped show the different routes I could take in E&Y. Opportunities were fantastic, and the videos to describe each section were well documented and provided great in-depth detail.

Other than the facilitators, the two managers who gave their time to become a 'client' during our case study session were extremely helpful. After the session, they happily answered questions about their career and how they got to where they are.

Really helpful to see how diverse the company was and how so many different opportunities can arise no matter your position.

Not as in-depth as the work-oriented activities but still helpful. Possibility for transfers and moving into other countries etc was brilliant.
