The Role
Have been involved in many great projects and opportunities, could not have asked for more.
The team has been great and my opinion was really valued, taken into consideration when forming strategies/actions.
Everyone is very busy, thus it is not as easy to be able to get some time, but everyone did very great job and put a lot of effort and patience to teach/mentor.
Extremely busy - many projects, new responsibilities, but I cannot complain - it all gave me so much experience and this was only a placement, where objective is to learn, so did not mind to be too busy.
I have been handed campaigns to manage as well as managing relationships with agencies.
I feel like I have learnt so much in my role about the job, the automotive industry, increased many of my skills so much - really skills for life!
The Company
People at the office are amazing - fun, honest, intelligent! Team away days are always great fun and meetings with agencies too.
It has been organised really well - HR did really good job too, supported us throughout the journey. At first handover period really helped too.
Company invested a lot in me by inviting to induction days at agencies, out of office events, providing training, and even support on my essay research!
