The Role
It was difficult at times adjusting to working hours and the odd occasion of over time
As the company is based on internal promotion and recruitment, it is nice that everyone is valued and has been in the same position
The step by step training is very good and gives targets to met. Help and support from managers and assistants was very good
it massively varied some days were very busy some days were not very busy but it was never quiet
I felt I had enough experience for the responsibility I was given, it provided me confidence by having a lot of responsibility
Everything I have learnt I have been able to apply to my studies and has helped me develop what I have already learnt at university
The Company
Great banter, very friendly, made friends for life
Great structure and targets to meet, possibilties to progress at my own level
I felt managers took time out to help me progress and I felt they wanted me to succeed.
Above 25 days holiday
Great, promise of coming back after university.
The Culture
Meet up on regular occasions, helps talk to people at the same level
Cheap
Did not chose to go out in the area
some opportunities to help out in the community
