The Role
Very much so considering my job role was something I had no experience in.
Definitely felt valued, often given great responsibility to complete important tasks.
Given support and guidance when needed, always willing to help and explain.
Some days it was really busy, some days it quite quiet. This will depend on your work load, especially if it is project based.
I was given responsibility to complete tasks, no different to my colleagues.
The general skills learnt will definitely help in my studies and beyond and the specific skills I required will also.
The Company
Very pleasant, colleagues were great. People always up for a laugh. However, know this heavily depends on which area you work within.
Well organised. Courses, tours etc were organised well.
Mandatory courses were taken and role specific courses were available if you wanted to go on them.
