The Role
I have really enjoyed my time here, the work is interesting and there are always new challenges to test my abilities.
Everyone is so friendly, it is like working with a family. Everyone always gives a smile as you walk past.
Support and guidance was given by all with regular meetings with an appointed mentor as well as support from my supervisors in my every day work.
The work load varies depending on how much you can deal with, if its not enough then ask for more and if its too much then let the supervisors know and try and reduce the pressure.
I was in charge of project delivery including finances showing a large amount of responsibility was given.
Skills include communication and leadership are skills that will be used for the rest of my life and therefore will benefit me all the time. Some skills such as time management will also be used within my studies.
The Company
Its a very friendly open plan office environment with laughs and discussions all around
There was a structured scheme followed that included different training courses as well as placements within two departments to vary the experiences.
Personal objectives are set and reviewed every three months plus meetings with your mentor can provide additional ways to develop within your work.

The Culture
As a group we go out together to pubs, clubs and for dinners.
The surrounding area has three universities so socialising is cheap and the cost of living varies depending where you live. For cheap living, you sacrifice a good night life and vice versa.
The area near the company has only 1 pub so in order to get good night life you have to travel to either Portsmouth or Southampton although a new shopping centre has just been built with more opportunity for evenings out.
There are opportunities to do lots of activities including many social clubs that are organised through the company.
