The Role
Absolutely loved it although it was a challenge at times.
Extremely valued, the mentor scheme worked really well too. I have made loads of friends from my year in industry.
So much development and support in order to promote.
We never got chance to clock watch!
Promoted within 10 months and accounts manager for corporate accounts as well as marketing, sales and customer service responsibilites.
Time management, patience and the skills of being able to complete 10 tasks at once.
The Company
We had a lot of fun in our office with all different kinds of activities.
From the online application to recieving the job- Enterprise has been flawless.
They invested crazy amounts of time and resources into me as an individual, I am really happy with the progress I have made especially being promoted within 10 months!
Company Parties/Events
SO appealing!! Recruitment from within means that I have the opportunity to become the next MD!
The Culture
The intern networking events are always a lot of fun and elite club is amazing!!
With Enterprise you can work wherever you please in the branch local to yourself so therefore I choose to live at home with my parents and save money in my internship year.
Brighton is crazy!
So many opportunities to work outside of your job role- I worked with the recruitment and talent acquisition team, in social media and blogging.
