The Role
It was a very busy job, and we had to work very long hours. However it was a fun environment to work in.
All the people i worked with accross the branches were very friendly and accomodating.
The managers are very approachable as they work with you on a customer level .
Very busy branch, fast growing so lots to be done at all time. There are many times you may have to work late.
I wasn't quite able to run the day, however I was given responsibility to organise paperwork and contracts on a daily basis.
Definitely skills for life, determination, hard work and dedication do pay off!
The Company
Always fun, lovely people....bantalicious!!
This was good as the company has lots of interns.
They set up a folder to help guide you through the year, however it is often difficult to find the time with the managers to sit down and do them with you.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Very unlikely, as I dont want to return to rental.
The Culture
I made some really good friends that were also interns as we all started at the same time. We met regularly outside of work to discuss how we were getting on and generally catch up.
Didnt have much time for this as you work long hours including weekends (worked at a 7day branch). However I lived at home and bristol isnt too expensive.
Bristol and Bath are both brilliant for nightlife.
There are lots of sports opportunities in the area.
