The Role
Slow to start but responsibility and challenges can be gained quickly with the correct contacts
Felt valued from the start
Plenty of feedback throughout the year and with each projet
Gaining work was easier in the middle of the placement than towards the start and finish
As the placement progressed more responsibility was gained until you could run a project with minimal assistance
Greatly: acheived a yellow belt in lean sigma methodology
The Company
large range of skill sets and levels within the company
the only faults were from handover... this was due to the previous students
GoMAD coaching, Lean Sigma Methodology to name two
