The Role
Extremely enjoyable, the work and people you meet was a great experience
Often approached for help
Very supportive, usually there when help is required unless they are busy
Workload fluctuates alot
Much more responsbility than I could have percieved when beginning the internship
Technical and soft skills
The Company
Very young and vibrant atmosphere, also very casual
A lot of delays or very short notice between key events such as phone interview / assessment centre
Willing to invest in interns, but only if there are leftover spaces in training sessions
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Healthcare from home
Possibility of obtaining the graduate scheme
The Culture
Around 60 interns in the company. Definitely made a lot of friends and often socialise outside work hours
Quite expensive which is expected from London
London nightlife, good but expensive
There are definitely opportunities due to the large amount of interns, but these have to be organised by yourself or the committee
