The Role
Great people and good work, although sometimes there were a few dry spells and finding new projects was difficult.
As time went on they learnt to trust me more and then value my opinion.
Guidence normally needed to be asked for however if you did need it they were very good at giving it.
It swung in roundabouts, one week you are manic and the next you are not, it also depends on how much you ask for and attempt to get involved in.
I was reguarly doing tasks that a full time engineer would have needed to do, and at some points due to the work I did I became the specialist so people had to ask me what was going on.
The skills learnt here are brilliant, being such a big company you get to speak to many people and get involved in a wide range of activities.
The Company
Everyones gets on very well and most of the tasks you do are never dull.
There is no real structure and it depends which manager you get assigned to and what you make of it.
You were given plenty of help and resources if you needed it. I also spent a lot of time with senior management giving presentations etc.. As they say time is money.

If I'm honest I don't have a clue, if jobs are availavable they will go to placement students however I don't know if many are available.
The Culture
There is a total of 80 odd students working here. Almost like living as a rich student.
Near to London so expect slighty higher prices howver its also a student town.
OK, however nearby towns with amazing nightlife were easily accessible.
Again depends how much effort you are willing to put in.
