The Role
There was no science in the job which was unfortunate as I am studying a Chemistry degree
Personally I felt valued but the job itself is clearly not a highly valued one
Good level of support
Was relatively inconsistent, existing at the two extremes for much of the time
I was given a good amount of responsability but some of my training was a bit lacking which meant that I couldn't fully achieve what I needed to.
I believe this skills I have gained will probably be beneficial to my future but will have no impact on my degree.
The Company
generally a positive, friendly atmosphere
Could have been better but it certainly could have been worse.
I do not feel like a lot of time was spent on my personal development but on simply getting the job done.
Flexi Time
Financial Bonus
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
I would hope that my chances of getting a job here are relatively good
The Culture
Yes I got along well with the majority of the other students. My work department were all nice people but I rarely socialised with them
South coast is pretty expensive as can be expected but the wage was sufficient to live and socialise
The town itself leaves much to be desired but the nearby city is a lot better
there was a few
