The Role
It was really good, obviously sometimes I had to do operational work but everyone has to do it.
I was valued as much as every other graduate or experienced worker
I had 1:1 with my manager every two weeks and she always listened to my proposals
It varied a lot depending on the period
Part of my team (including my manager) moved to a different project so my collegue and I were left to run the team
It helped me choose my path
The Company
Everyone really friendly, many young people
Everything had been organised in details prior my arrival, the handover was very smooth
I was allowed to take part to conferences and shadowing days for personal development
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
I hope to come back some day
The Culture
Made a really good group of friends
West London is an expensive area to live in
Only a couple of local pubs in the area but central London is only half an hour away
Mainly sport related, Tennis club, Squash league
