The Role
This year was amazing, I trully feel like I am on the path to become a leader and role model in the business world.
I cannot say a single bad thing about my team and colleagues. They have taught me so much and I have learnt so much. I love my team and they are my family!
I have been supervised by the VP of Quality, risk and Compiance and also have has one to one support from current graduates of GSK.
I always had tasks and activities to complete on a daily basis and this kept me going throughout the year. I have also had additional activities to take part on and gained more skills out of it.
I was given a lot of responsibility throughout my placement year and some which will make a big difference to the team going forward.
It has provided me with a platform to build on and I can now say I have put my degree to practical use in a real working environment.
The Company
The atmosphere in the office was perfect, it was the right environment to start a career in.
The overall placement was not completely organised but it did have a structure to it, which flowed perfectly.
I have completed my ITIL and ERP methodology training whilst on placement.

I really hope I get a job here at GSK, it has been an amazing year.
The Culture
Social was the perfect balance to working life.
Cost of living is always high in the UK.
Nightlife in this area was very quiet.
There is always opportunities to get involved.
