The Role
Very good experience. A lot of indepeandant learning and initiative required.
Chance to contribe greatly to the team.

A lot to do. Can always find work to ensure the smooth running of production plant.
As a team leader, I was fully in charge of a room.

Very active, but sometimes quiet, expecially on a night shift.
