The Role
Amazing people and an amazing company to work for. The job became a little bit repetitive towards the end but personally i was just seeking out more of a challenge.
So welcoming!
Monthly 1 to 1s, and more if I wanted them, great project support and all in all great!
At the beginning very very busy, but this is natural...training is constant. After I settled into a routine it was great
Enough to keep me challenged in the beginning but towards the end I would have wanted more.
Amazing skills for life, really valued and I now know where my strengths and weaknesses lie
The Company
Really good fun, sometimes due to the GMS requirement the management placed too much enphasis on a quiet environment and with a bigger team this is difficult.
Great, there were initial stumbling blocks but I am only the 3rd or 4th IP so this is bound to happen. However the manager arranged a meeting with myself and all team managers to dicuss improvements to the program for the future.
It was great, on reflection of the previous year I was given more opportunities, and was also allowed to travel to different internal events to boost my skill set!
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Made a fasttrak graduate application...so fingers crossed!
The Culture
Ip unite was introduced and this was fantastic. We worked together and arranged the 3 peaks challenge at my site
Coming from down south, rent was amazingly cheap but each village is quite isolated so taxis to go on a night out in the bigger cities are quite expensive!
Not great, but relatively close to Newcastle and Durham.
GSK sports and social club are always advertising events.
