The Role
I worked in a small team of 8 people day in day out, we had a lot of banter in the office and I will missing seeing everyone friendly faces on a daily basis
There was a lot of guidance in terms of reviews and assistance from university and my fellow colleges.
I was always busy, sometimes a little too busy but it helped make 10 hour days go quicker, there is lots to be getting on with and a lot of variety in the day.
By the end of my placement i was being put in charge of the branch after completing my training and passing the interviews I was promoted to management assistance, through out my full placement i felt like an asset to the team and not treated like someone who would only be there for a year.
confidence is the biggest skill i have gained from my placement, customer service and people skills which I will be able to take with me into future employment or further promotion at enterprise
The Company

The Culture
we had a few nights out but after working such long hours we often did not want to spend too much time out the office together.
