The Role
It has been a really fantastic year
Fantastic work colleagues who all get along with one another
My manager was always there to help and support me in any way needed
Everyday was always busy
Given big responsibilities, which had an important impact on certain parts of the business
Maybe not so much the content of my degree but the experience will influence the way I go about completing final year at University
The Company
Everyone is really friendly and there is a good balance of work and interaction
Great induction for interns to help them feel part of the company and then throughout the year interns were supported and comfortable in what was happening
MOS Exams, Mentoring Programmes, Opportunities for skills and events outside of your job role.
Subsidised Canteen
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
Graduate scheme seems really good but difficult to get back in to the company as an FTE - mainly contract opportunites
The Culture
Quite a lot of team drinks and interns would meet outside of work
Based in London so rent and living is very expensive - most of income went on bills and then socialising
London has loads and loads of great places to go
Always opportunities to get involved in things outside of work.
