The Role
I have loved the fact that i have become more of a confident person in what i do and feel more motivated to do the best in my degree at university
My collegues always included me in events and if there was an issue i can always talk to them about it.
I always arranged meetings with my supervisors to aid me in understanding and solving a problem.
Very busy. My job involved a lot of research as well as practical work
Most tasks i was set allowed me to work on my own thus have idependence and responsibility in job role.
I know how to conduct myself in professional situations.
The Company
Very social.
Organised from the start. From what my project was, how it would be carried out and the achievements from it.
My job involved a lot of training from day one.
