The Role
Working in a team ranging from Directors to Graduates meant that I was appreciated from people who have also come through the system.
Approachable and happy to help, I always felt that if I wanted some advice I could just ask.
Varied across the placement but at times I was left researching the company.
I feel that the information and experiences at the company are transferrable for when I start my graduate job later this year.
The Company
Jovial and friendly it was a pleasure to be part of and I had fun whilst gaining some valuable experience.
Perhaps not as structured as other offices would have been.
I was able to attend conferences and site visits which were massively beneficial to me. The company were always willing to encourage me to develop and attend company days/activities.
Definitely will be applying for the Graduate Scheme or would be interested in returning to the company in the future.
The Culture
Only a few in the regional office but was able to socialise with them after work on occasions.
Reasonable.
Only visited pubs occasionally.
Was included on Leaving Drinks nights and other activities such as a five aside football tournament.
