The Role
It was a great experience although the work could be quite dull at times
Everyone I met at PwC was very friendly and really made me feel welcome
I was assigned a 'coach' who kept track of my objectives and gave lots of support
There was always work to do but not that busy
Obviously, as it was a placement I couldn't have expected too much responsibility. Although I was responsible for my own work and time management.
The placement helped me learn more about the types of works I'm interested in and was keyed in with my degree
The Company
very friendly but a bit impersonal.
We had a training week in buckinghamshire which was really good, then we were made really clear about what we would be doing
We recieved a weeks training and were constantly 'coached'
Company Parties/Events
I was offered a full time position for when I graduate
The Culture
We went out a few times but rarely worked together so didnt see each other that much
